Navasota Resources Ltd. Appoints New Director


Navasota Resources Ltd. (CDY:TSX-V) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Bajic to the Board of Directors.

Since 1996, Mr. Bajic has been president of LF Ventures Inc., a private company offering financial and business services to public and private companies. He has served as both an officer and or director of a number of these companies assisting in areas of business development, corporate finance, and investor relations. Since 1999, he has served as Vice-President Investor Relations of Cassidy Gold Corp. a TSX-Venture listed resource exploration company. He has been President and Director of Goldrange Resources Inc., a private Nevada based resource exploration company, since November 2004 and Pan American Gold Corp. a US listed resource exploration company since March 2006.

Navasota Resources Ltd. has entered into a Director's Stock Option Agreement with Mr. Bajic entitling him to purchase 200,000 shares of Navasota at a price of $0.10 for a term of five (5) years expiring April 19, 2011.
