Navasota Resources Ltd. Enters Investor Relations Contract and Grants Stock Options


Christopher J. Wild, P.Eng, President of Navasota Resources Ltd., is pleased to announce the engagement of Contact Financial Corporation as an Investor Relations Service Provider. Pursuant to the terms of the Service Agreement concluded between Contact Financial Corporation, a Vancouver company, and Navasota Resources Ltd., Contact Financial Corporation will assist Navasota Resources Ltd. with the development and implementation of a public and investor relations and communications program and assist the Company with the development and enhancement of its public and market image.

The Service Agreement is drawn for an initial term of one year commencing February 1, 2007. Contact Financial Corporation will be paid a monthly retainer of $7,500. The Service Agreement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Concurrently with its engagement as a Service Provider, Contact Financial Corporation has been granted a Stock Option Agreement entitling it to purchase up to 100,000 shares of Navasota Resources Ltd. at a price of $0.14 per share for a term of one (1) year. In compliance with the requirements of Policy 4.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Stock Option vests in four equal quarterly stages. Additionally, any shares acquired upon exercise of the Stock Option are prohibited from resale for a four-month period. Beyond its engagement as Service Provider providing Investor Relations Services and its Stock Option Agreement, Contact Financial Corporation does not have any relationship with or interest in Navasota Resources Ltd. or its securities.
